Important information
We’re now just days away from the return of ‘A Night of Fireworks’ and we’re looking forward to welcoming you all back after a two-year break.
Please make sure you read the below information, this will ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible.
The event is a very popular local event, please make sure you leave plenty of time to travel, park and make your way to the viewing area. We have been advised that there are road works in Hursley village, so if you are travelling from the Winchester direction, please use the Winchester entrance and if you are travelling from Romsey/Poles Lane direction, please use the Romsey entrance.
The gates open at 6 pm with fireworks launching at 7.30 pm. Food, drink and light-up novelties will be available to purchase from 6 pm. We have some amazing food vendors attending this year; Thai street food, burgers, hog roast, vegan pizzas, doughnuts, hot drinks and cakes. The Club will also be serving chilli, vegetable chilli and hot dogs, along with a full bar. Please be aware all Club purchases (e.g. food, drink, light-up novelties, tickets on the night) will be card payments only, the other food vendors may take cash.
Due to the recent weather, sensible footwear will be required, as the grass may still be wet, we also recommend bringing a torch.
No dogs or sparklers allowed.
If you would like to share any photos of the event afterwards, please feel free to share them via our Facebook page. We would also love to hear about what you thought of the event, please send any feedback via email to office@hursleyssc.org
We hope you enjoy the fireworks and have a wonderful evening.
