Beginners are welcome. The classes are held at 5.15 pm on a Wednesday evening, in the Jim Hayes Hall, Hursley Sports and Social Club.
If you want to try a class to see if you like it, the charge is £8 for a 90-minute class for the first three classes. Otherwise, classes are charged for on a termly basis, with the cost of the class being divided up between all the members, so the more members we have, the cheaper it is!
Why not give Yoga a try? All you need is clothing that doesn't restrict your movements, bare feet, and a blanket.
